There are Black Sea dishes that our guests who will prefer us as Babalık Konağı in order to taste the famous dishes and magnificent flavors of the Black Sea and to witness the natural beauties with its unique architecture must taste. Although it is quite challenging to limit the dishes of the Black Sea, which comes out of this culture formed by the combination of many societies, and to choose the most beautiful ones among them, our favorites as Black Sea food in general are as follows.
Mıhlama
One of the most famous dishes of the Black Sea breakfast, mıhlama is a delicious breakfast consisting of corn flour, genuine butter and Trabzon string cheese. It is also called kuymak in some regions.
Corn Bread
Corn, one of the staple foods of the Black Sea, has managed to find a place in the culinary culture of all the cities in this region. Corn bread, which has become one of the symbols of Black Sea cuisine and stands out when it comes to what to eat in the Black Sea, is served with all the local dishes of the city.
Laz Pastry
One of the most famous desserts of the Black Sea is Laz pastry. Laz pastry, which consists of delicious custard placed between thinly rolled baklava phyllo pastry, is a light dessert served by sprinkling hazelnut pieces on it.
