These structures, built with wood carving technique on six poles, are known as "Serender" in the Black Sea Region. In our serender, which has been restored and brought to life, you will not be able to get enough of the method used by the people of the region against climate and land conditions, as well as architectural aesthetics. You can have breakfast overlooking the sea in our boathouse, which we built 500 meters away from our facility, or you can have breakfast in our mansion by choosing another option. While inhaling the air of the stone oven, which is based on the wars between the Ottoman Empire and Russia and which we preserved its historical structure while being restored, you will also be able to see four natural trout facilities that we have established for your organic nutrition. In this way, you will be able to meet all your meals from naturally grown foods, not only while having breakfast in Rize.
